You will not have options of different photos with this price. pricing is based off of ONE photo option and proof unless there is a problem with the resolution of the file. If there is a problem with the photo we will contact you and ask for another. If you would like to see multiple photos and multiple proofs there is an additional $8 set up fee. Please note that sending multiple photos will NOT result in multiple proof options under this pricing. If there is an issue with the photo you sent, we will contact you and there is no additional charge to sub the photo out and additional proofs. This is something to keep in mind to have a plan for the completed item to be used still even if the event isn’t running.

However, once an item is ordered to go to print, full payment is required for completed work regardless of the event status. We do understand in these difficult times that many things change daily with COVID status. There may be an additional 5-7 business day delay in receiving your order.
If you are ordering something outsourced there are also many delays with shipping and production times.Please plan to consider alternative stocks, or something on hand for your job. There are some stocks that are no longer in production during COVID or at this time as well. Some stocks may take even longer than that. The suppliers are slow and may not even have the stock themselves. Please do understand this is OUT OF OUR CONTROL. Please leave your timeline an extra 3-5 business days for non-standard stock orders. If the stock you are ordering is not in house and needs ordering we are experiencing (sometimes significant) DELAYS due to Covid in delivery of stock.Otherwise be prepared to make other choices for what is in stock to increase the order speed. PLEASE LEAVE AN EXTRA 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS if you NEED special/certain stocks.
We do not have control over our supplier timeframes, and it does delay the job. We also have been unable to get CERTAIN types of stocks at the price that we have before – please be aware of this and LEAVE EXTRA TIME FOR YOUR JOB.
